• When placing an order, you MUST purchase both the main product and the corresponding shipping product—otherwise, your order will not be fulfilled.

• At checkout, you may see a message stating that this item is for pick-up. This is just a backend issue—rest assured, your order will be processed and shipped as long as both items are in your cart.

• All TUMI product sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.

• TUMI products will be shipped directly to the address you provide; the SA is not responsible for any lost or stolen products, so please provide a secure shipping address.

• Shipping will take approximately 14-18 business days; monogrammed orders will take a 2 more business days.

• International or expedited shipping is not available at this time.

• If a product is no longer available, we will notify you and refund your order.

• You cannot use any special discounts, promotions, gift cards, credits, etc. through our program.
